FAQ

  • What kinds of therapy do you offer?

I provide trauma-focused online therapy for adults across Texas, specializing in EMDR therapy, IFS (parts work), and somatic therapy. These approaches help you process trauma, understand your inner world, and reconnect with a regulated nervous system.

  • Who do you work with?

I work with adults (18+) anywhere in Texas. Many of my clients are exploring neurodiversity, navigating life transitions, or wanting a deeper understanding of themselves. If you’re looking for a trauma-informed therapist in Texas, you’re in the right place.

  • Do you take insurance?

I’m private-pay only, but I do provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to get partial reimbursement depending on their plan.

  • Do you offer online therapy?

Yes — all sessions are virtual. I offer secure online therapy for Texans, making it easy to access EMDR, IFS, and somatic work from home, work, or wherever you feel grounded.

  • What is your style as a therapist?

Relational, direct, and chill. I’m not a blank wall, I show up as a human. You can expect a grounded, collaborative space that blends depth, clarity, and compassion.

  • How long do people usually stay in therapy with you?

It varies. Some clients come for short-term EMDR therapy to work on a specific event. Others prefer ongoing support to navigate identity, relationships, or nervous system healing. We’ll choose a pace that fits you.
